Islamitische Studentenvereniging Deen gebruikt officiële functietitels zoals President, Vice President, Secretaris en Penningmeester. Elk commissie omvat enkele of al deze functies, elk met specifieke taken en verantwoordelijkheden.

As a president, you are the face of the committee and you are responsible for leading the meetings and ensuring that you have an overview of what is happening within your committee.

As Vice Chairman, you are responsible for executing and adhering to the agreements and tasks. In the absence of the Chairman, you take on the leadership role and make an invaluable contribution to ensuring deadlines are met.

As a Secretary, you take minutes during meetings and report on activities within a committee. You involved in both internal and external communication. You work closely with the Chair and Vice Chair, and you are an important factor in keeping the organization running smoothly.

As Treasurer of the Halaqah committee, you will be responsible for determining the resources needed for organizing the halaqaat. You will keep track of the number of people attending the event and support in setting up the gathering.

As a general member, you have the opportunity to work on various tasks and projects assigned by the board. This includes attending meetings, providing input and feedback, and assisting in the implementation of committee activities. It is a chance to develop your skills and contribute to the organization's mission from an Islamic perspective.

As a web administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our committee's success by efficiently filling in forms for upcoming events. Your responsibilities also include maintaining and updating the website in alignment with the vision set by our chairman. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute significantly to creating a dynamic online presence, enhancing user experience, and ensuring our events are showcased in the best possible light.

As a Committee Member Graphic Designer, you are part of the Multimedia Committee and strive for a representation of Muslims in the media that is in line with reality. You aim to create platforms for Muslim students to showcase their Islamic identity and contribute academically to the community. You do this by brainstorming new media concepts and bringing them to fruition.

As a Corrector of the Multimedia Committee, your main task is to review the promotional texts and other written pieces. You need to have an eye for detail and a reasonable command of both the Dutch and English language.

As a Editorial Member of the Multimedia Committee, you write engaging blogs for our website. You attend ISV Deen events to write a nice piece afterwards for those who couldn't be present or for those who want to reread it. In addition to writing, you also monitor social meadia. You post reminders and promote events there.
