Since the new school year has started, we’ve been eager to commence a halaqah! 🤩

In the Islamic tradition, poetry transcends mere words on parchment; it is a profound expression of faith, love, and introspection. It is a potent tool for delving into the depths of faith. Islamic poetry seamlessly marries rhythm and rhyme with profound content. It invites us to ponder life’s deeper questions, fostering a profound sense of awe and wonder.

Join us on the 28th of September at 18:00h to explore the enchanting world of Islamic poetry. We will delve into the profound significance of poetry within our faith. 📜✨

The halaqah will be held at the FNV building, Hereweg 120-6 in Groningen; brothers and sisters will sit separately. The halaqah will be held in Dutch, but non-Duth speakers are more than welcome to attend and will receive a translated transcript in order to follow along.
